Forging the future of fitness
Our CrossFit Kids program teaches proper form and mechanics in functional and athletic movements in classes that are different every week. We teach children to love fitness by placing our emphasis on FUN. Each child is instructed at his or her level, allowing each child to experience challenge and reward.
CrossFit Kids physically prepares children for the demands of life by encompassing all ten general physical skills; Strength, Balance, Coordination, Flexibility, Stamina, Speed, Agility, Power, Cardiovascular Endurance and Accuracy.
CrossFit Kids is coached by qualified coaches who are Access NI cleared.
Our program is on a Saturday:
9 – 9:45am – 8 to 12 years
10 – 10:30am – 4 to 7 year
Open to both members and non-members!
