Our CrossFit Kids program teaches proper form and mechanics in functional and athletic movements in classes that are different every week. We teach children to love fitness by placing our emphasis on FUN. Each child is instructed at his or her level, allowing each child to experience challenge and reward.

CrossFit Kids physically prepares children for the demands of life by encompassing all ten general physical skills; Strength, Balance, Coordination, Flexibility, Stamina, Speed, Agility, Power, Cardiovascular Endurance and Accuracy.

CrossFit Kids is coached by qualified coaches who are Access NI cleared.

Our program is on a Saturday:

9 – 9:45am – 8 to 12 years

10 – 10:30am – 4 to 7 year

I was a bit worried before joining wondering if I would be able to keep up and that I wouldn't be fit enough but Jacqui, Matt and Mark soon put you at ease, they are the best coaches and talk you through every WOD helping you scale to your own ability it's like having your own personal trainer!!! I've seen a big difference in a short space of time in my ability and my physique!
