We have three after school classes per week for 13 to 18 years that is fully coached CrossFit, where the individual will learn Gymnastics, Olympic Lifting and Functional Training skills. This training will provide body conditioning with a little healthy competition!
The skills and fitness gained is transferable into other sports with the individual making gains in the 10 domains of fitness. CrossFit for Teens is developing as a sport and Reebok have a Teens Division which opens up the prospect of competition – Forging the future of fitness!
Cardio Endurance, Stamina, Stength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Agility, Balance, Coordination and Accuracy.
