    Luke is the owner of North Down Chiropractic in Bangor. Luke has competed in gymnastics at a county level, before retiring and now competes in powerlifting. Luke has completed a plethora of post graduate training focused on managing the idiosyncratic injuries arising from the athletic population. It is of upmost importance for those competing in any sport, especially CrossFit, to find a practitioner with an intricate knowledge of the day to day stresses encountered by those partaking. Only once your practitioner truly understands this can they guide you from injury back to performance. Luke is certified in Active Release Therapy Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilisation, Instrument assisted soft tissue mobilisation and Functional Range Conditioning. These technique systems are only attainable through extended education. These same treatment methods are utilised by most, if not all games athletes at some point in preparation. Luke focuses on optimal loading strategies as well as movement screening to both mitigate injury as well as optimise performance, appointments will combine hands on manual therapy alongside movement pattern work and corrective exercise.

    Jacqui has been working in health and fitness for 20 years and began her career as a Fitness Instructor. She has worked for some very well known fitness providers at senior levels including National Group Exercise Manager, Regional Manager and Club Manager. Jacqui has represented Great Britain at the World Powerlifting Championships 2015 in Finland, 2016 in Texas and represented Northern Ireland at the Commonwealth Powerlifting Championships in South Africa.
I was a bit worried before joining wondering if I would be able to keep up and that I wouldn't be fit enough but Jacqui, Matt and Mark soon put you at ease, they are the best coaches and talk you through every WOD helping you scale to your own ability it's like having your own personal trainer!!! I've seen a big difference in a short space of time in my ability and my physique!
