Pre-condition to use

If you access and use our web site www.mcihealthandperformance.com our facilities and Wodify you accept and agree to be bound by and comply with these terms conditions and policies. If you do not accept, please do not use the site, Wodify or our facilities.

Terms & Conditions

Classes and Open Gym are always subject to availability and clients/members should book through the Wodify system.
All classes must be prepaid and all clients/members agree to cancel pre-booked classes if they are unable to attend.
Open Gym counts towards the members/clients visits e.g. If you have paid for 10 CrossFit® Classes and you visit a Open Gym session then you have 9 remaining visits. This also applies to members on 2 x Per Week CrossFit® memberships.
Cancellation of Membership and Services will not be refunded.
Personal Training should be booked directly with the Personal Trainer of your choice and at a rate negotiated between you and the Personal Trainer.
CrossFit MCI has the right to change opening times, Class times and Instructors as they see fit.
Out of consideration for the CrossFit® Coach and other members, and also for your own safety please be aware that if you are late for a class, you may not be able to train, so please arrive early. Warming up and cooling down is important to help prevent injury.
CrossFit MCI has the right to change its terms and conditions so the member/visitors to this site, Wodify and facilities should check them regularly.
CrossFit MCI does not accept orders for products or services outside of the UK and Northern Ireland and is not responsible for any fees, charges, exchange rates or postal fees that may arise from doing so.

Return/Refund Policy

Cancellation of Membership or Services will not be refunded.
CrossFit MCI don’t ship/post any physical goods and all goods purchased should be collected during normal opening hours from: CrossFit MCI, 11 Balloo Drive, Balloo Industrial Estate, Bangor, N Ireland BT19 7QY
CrossFit MCI do accept returns for unwanted or damaged physical goods purchased, provided they are unworn, unused and returned in the original packaging within 30 calendar days, All refunds will be processed within 7 working days. Please be advised all goods returned to CrossFit MCI are your responsibility until they reach us and you are responsible for the shipping/postal costs. We recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods and that requires a signature upon delivery.

Our Commitment to you

We will respect your personal decisions and allow you to make your own decisions about what exercise you can carry out however we ask you not to exercise beyond what you consider to be your own abilities.
We will make every reasonable effort to make sure that our equipment and facilities are in a safe condition for you to use and enjoy.
We will take all reasonable steps to make sure that our staff are qualified to the fitness industry standards.
If you tell us that you have a disability which puts you at a substantial disadvantage in accessing our equipment and facilities, we will consider what adjustments if any are reasonable for us to make.
Your Commitment to us

You should not exercise beyond your own abilities. If you know or are concerned that you have a medical condition which might interfere with you exercising safely, before you use our equipment and facilities you should get advice from a relevant medical professional and follow that advice.
You should make yourself aware of any rules and instructions, including warnings and notices. Exercise carries its own risks. You should not carry out any activities for which you have been told are not suitable for you.
You should let us know immediately if you feel ill when using our equipment or facilities. Our staff members are not qualified doctors, but there will be a person available who has had first-aid training.
If you have a disability you must follow any reasonable instructions to allow you to exercise safely.
